PEN CD-CHGO POL BOARD-NO RANKS                                             

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Chicago Police Article of the Pension  Code.   Removes      
   the  rank  requirements  for  Board  membership  and provides that all      
   active policemen may vote for all active police officer  positions  on      
   the  board,  regardless  of  rank.    Also  makes  technical  changes.      
   Effective immediately.

          No fiscal impact.
