PEN CD-CHGO POL-DISAB EARNINGS                                             

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Chicago Police Article of the Pension Code  to  remove      
   the  earnings  limitation  on  disability  benefits.  Amends the State      
   Mandates  Act  to  require   implementation   without   reimbursement.      
   Effective immediately.                                                      
          PENSION NOTE                                                         
          Annual cost would increase by an indeterminable amount.
