Provides that the following provisions do not apply to the control of wildlife damage to horticultural crops, agricultural crops, or livestock production by owners of land or their tenants: provisions concerning open season for deer, provisions concerning taking of rabbits, squirrels, and fur-bearing animals, and provisions concerning authority to kill wild game responsible for property loss.
