Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Vehicle Code to provide that neither the State nor any      
   unit of local government  owes  a  duty  to  keep  safe  premises  for      
   all-terrain  vehicle users or to warn all-terrain vehicle operators of      
   hazards on property in which a government body has an interest.
