Allows a county to enter into an intergovernmental agreement and by that agreement transfer to a home rule municipality that is located within the county a share of use and occupation tax receipts generated by the county. Allows a county to enter into an intergovernmental agreement and by that agreement receive from a home rule municipality located in that county a share of use and occupation tax receipts generated by the home rule municipality. Effective immediately. HOME RULE NOTE HB2910 does not preempt home rule authority. FISCAL NOTE (Dpt. Commerce & Community Affairs) No fiscal impact on units of local gov't. or DCCA.
