Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Downstate Police Article of the Pension Code to add  2      
   additional  members  to  the board of trustees, to be appointed by the      
   mayor of the municipality.  Effective immediately.                          
          PENSION NOTE                                                         
          No fiscal impact.
