Provides that a prisoner serving sentence for second degree murder, aggravated battery causing great bodily harm, aggravated stalking, or aggravated criminal sexual abuse committed on or after the effective date of the amendatory Act shall receive no more than 4.5 days of good conduct credit for each month of his or her sentence of imprisonment.
