Short description: HLTH FACILITY-PLAN REVIEW FEES Synopsis of Bill as introduced: Amends the Ambulatory Surgical Treatment Center Act, the Nursing Home Care Act, and the Hospital Licensing Act. Provides that architectural drawings and specifications therefor shall be submitted to the Department of Public Health for review and approval before commencing major construction as defined by the Department or commencing construction with an estimated cost greater than $25,000 (currently $5,000). Removes fee provisions for construction costing $5,000 or more but less than $25,000.
