Provides that it is a Class 4 felony to use or incorporate under the phrases "Police", "Auxiliary Police", "Police Department", or "Sheriff's Department" or to provide police services in conjunction with the name of a unit of local government without the express written permission of the governing board of the unit of local government whose name is being used. Penalty is a Class 4 felony. Effective immediately.
