In the State aid formula applicable to the 1998-99 and subsequent school years, provides that the number of pupils eligible to receive free or reduced price lunches or breakfasts under applicable federal law during the school year immediately preceding the school year for which a school district's supplemental general State aid is being computed (instead of the low-income eligible pupil count from the most recently available federal census) shall be used to determine the district's Low-Income Concentration Level. Effective July 1, 1998.
