Changes the State Aid formula for the 1998-1999 school year for certain suburban Cook County school districts by providing that their 1995 equalized assessed valuation, plus an amount equal to the product of that 1995 EAV multiplied by 8%, shall be the equalized assessed valuation used to calculate their Available Local Resources and compute their general State aid for the 1998-1999 school year. Effective July 1, 1998.
