HLTH PROFESSIONAL SELECTION                                                

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Creates the Health Care Professional Selection Act.   Sets  forth      
   the manner and conditions under which a managed care plan shall select      
   health care professionals for participation in the plan.  Provides the      
   procedures  necessary  for  termination  of health care professionals.      
   Prohibits restrictions on disclosures by health care professionals  to      
   patients.
