Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois Credit Union Act  and  the  Consumer  Deposit      
   Account  Act.    Prohibits  the imposition or increase of fees and the      
   discontinuance or reduction of interest or dividends solely because an      
   account is inactive.
