Short description: 
PROSTHETICS ACT                                                            

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Creates the Orthotics, Prosthetics, and Pedorthics Practice  Act.      
   Provides   for   the   licensure   of   orthotists,  pedorthists,  and      
   prosthetists.  Amends the Regulatory Agency Sunset Act to  repeal  the      
   Orthotics,  Prosthetics,  and  Pedorthics  Practice  Act on January 1,      
   2009.  Effective January 1, 1999.
