Provides that no reservoir or addition to a reservoir shall be used for the storage of water from the T.A.R.P. Deep Tunnel System unless certain conditions are met. Provides that no low solids lagoons, high solids lagoons, treatment process areas, or storage areas shall be located in certain described areas. Effective immediately.
