Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Acts relating to the governance of the  University  of      
   Illinois,  Southern  Illinois  University,  Chicago  State University,      
   Eastern Illinois  University,  Governors  State  University,  Illinois      
   State  University, Northeastern Illinois University, Northern Illinois      
   University, and Western Illinois University.  Provides  that  a  board      
   may not charge additional tuition for each semester hour of overload.
