Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Occupational Skill Standards Act to provide  that  one      
   of  the  members  of  the  Standards and Credentialing Council that is      
   appointed by the Governor  must  be  from  the  hospitality  industry.      
   Effective immediately.
