CD CORR-NO PROBATION                                                       

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Unified Code of Corrections. Provides that a defendant      
   who commits a felony (now  a  Class  1  felony)  while  on  probation,      
   conditional  discharge,  or  mandatory supervised release for a felony      
   cannot receive probation or conditional  discharge  for  that  felony.      
   Effective immediately.
