Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends  the  Firearm  Owners  Identification  Card  Act.    Makes      
   stylistic  changes  in Section that grants reciprocity to residents of      
   Iowa, Missouri, Indiana, Wisconsin, and  Kentucky  to  obtain  rifles,      
   shotguns, and ammunition for rifles and shotguns in Illinois.
