Provides that all boiler and pressure vessels covered by this Act shall be continuously supervised by a boiler and pressure vessel repairer licensed under the Boiler and Pressure Vessel Repairer Regulation Act, a boilermaker, or an operating engineer who has acquired journeyman status through an apprenticeship training program.
