Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Creates  a  short  title  Section  for  the  Tobacco   Litigation      
   Settlement  Distribution  Act  of 1998.  Amends the State Finance Act.      
   Lists the Tobacco Litigation Settlement Distribution Fund as a special      
   fund in the State treasury.
