Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends Public Act 90-585.   Makes a $3,100,000 FY99 appropriation      
   to DCCA for a grant to the Village of Thomson for costs related to the      
   development of a maximum security correctional facility.     Effective      
   immediately.
