JUVENILE AFFAIRS AUTHORITY                                                 

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Creates  the  Intermediate  Intergovernmental  Juvenile   Affairs      
   Authority  to  prepare a legislative proposal for the development of a      
   continuum of community-based prevention and intervention  services  in      
   each county of the State and for a system of regionalized detention in      
   Illinois.
