Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Honors the career and life of Ray Meyer, basketball coach of  the      
   DePaul  University Blue Demons from 1942 to 1984.  Ray Meyer continued      
   to serve the University as University ambassador and color commentator      
   for the basketball team.
