CRIM CD-CUSTODIAL SEXL ASSAULT                                             

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the  Criminal  Code  of  1961.   Creates  the  offense  of      
   custodial  sexual  assault.  Prohibits a person who has supervisory or      
   disciplinary  authority  over  a  prisoner  from  engaging  in  sexual      
   penetration or sexual conduct with a prisoner.  Penalty is a  Class  3      
   felony.  Provides that the consent of the prisoner is not a defense to      
   a prosecution for custodial sexual assault.
