Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code to provide that a person who

resides in a state or country that does not require a driver to be
licensed) and keep the photocopy in his or her records, open to
inspection by a police officer or agent of the Secretary of State.

another to keep a photocopy of the license or photo identification
with the record. Makes technical changes.
