Short description: 
PEN CD-IMRF-SCHOOL POLICE                                                  

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois Municipal (IMRF) Article of the Pension  Code      
   to  make sworn police officers employed full time by a school district      
   eligible for the sheriff's law enforcement employee  formula.   Amends      
   the   State   Mandates   Act   to   require   implementation   without      
   reimbursement.  Effective immediately.                                      
          PENSION NOTE                                                         
          Fiscal impact cannot be determined due to the unknown number of      
          sworn police officers employed full-time to participating            
          school districts.
