Short description: IDFA-IEFFA-INCREASE BONDS Synopsis of Bill as introduced: Amends the Illinois Development Finance Authority Act to increase bond authorization by $2,000,000,000. Provides that the provisions prohibiting bonds or other evidences of indebtedness issued by the Authority from becoming an indebtedness or obligation of the State apply to bonds issued under this Act or any other law. Amends the Illinois Environmental Facilities Financing Act to increase bond authorization by $900,000,000. Effective immediately.
