Effective immediately. SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1. Provides that, upon payment of specified consideration to the State, the State is authorized to convey title to certain land and restore access rights to certain land in various counties. SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 2. Provides that the Director of Natural Resources, on behalf of the State of Illinois, is authorized to execute and deliver to certain parties, for and in consideration of certain sums paid to the Depart- ment, a quitclaim deed to certain real property in Illinois, to grant an easement over certain real property in Johnson County, Illinois, to exchange certain real property in Jackson and Monroe County, Illinois for other certain real property in those counties, and to release an easement over and through certain real property in Scott County, Illinois. Provides that the Director shall, within 60 days after the effective date of this Act, upon receipt of payment required, if any, file certified copies of the necessary portions of this Act in the re- corder's office of the county in which the land is located. Effective immediately. LAND CONVEYANCE APPRAISAL Fair market value of certain land in Peoria County is $5,625. FISCAL NOTE (DOT) A total of $232,330.00 will be deposited into the Road Fund for DOT's land transactions included in SB 799.
