Provides that the Sections concerning bonding requirements in relation to maps, plats, and subdivisions are subject to the provisions (i) that state that a county or municipality may not require a cash bond if an irrevocable letter of credit is filed and (ii) that set out the duties of the county or municipality concerning cash bonds.
