$IL GAMING BD-RECIEPTS                                                     

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Appropriates $1  to  the  Illinois  Gaming  Board  to  study  the      
   declining trend in Illinois riverboat gaming receipts. This takes           
   effect July 1, 1997.                                                        
        SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1.                                                
        Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Appropriates             
   $103,885 to the State Comptroller to pay amounts owing upon the death       
   of Senator Harry "Babe" Woodyard. Effective immediately.
