PROP CONTRL-TANF CAR SALES                                                 

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the State Property Control Act.  Prohibits the trading  in      
   of  State  vehicles.  Requires that used State vehicles be offered for      
   sale to recipients of the  Temporary  Assistance  for  Needy  Families      
   (TANF)  program  before  being  offered for sale to others.  Effective      
   immediately.
