BNK CONFIDENTIALITY-EXCEPTION                                              

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois Banking Act.  Provides that the  exchange  of      
   information  between  banks  and  affiliates does not violate customer      
   confidentiality requirements, but is subject to the provisions of  the      
   Financial Institutions Insurance Sales Law.  Effective immediately.
