Requires contractors who are awarded contracts funded in whole or in part by revenue collected under the Motor Fuel Tax Law to maintain records establishing that each employee performing work in connection with each such project shall have been tested for drugs within not more than 6 months before commencing work on the project. Requires the contractor to maintain the records in confidence.
