Short description: 
INTERIOR DESIGN PRACTICE ACT                                               

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Creates the Interior Design  Practice  and  Residential  Interior      
   Design  Title  Act,  repeals the Interior Design Profession Title Act,      
   and amends the Regulatory Agency Sunset  Act.   Creates  the  Interior      
   Design  Practice and Residential Interior Design Title Act to regulate      
   the practice of interior design  through  licensing  and  registration      
   requirements.  Repealed January 1, 2008.
