ENVIRON REMEDIATION TAX CREDIT                                             

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends  the  Illinois  Income  Tax  Act  and  the   Environmental      
   Protection  Act.    Increases the Environmental Remediation Tax Credit      
   for unreimbursed eligible remediation costs for certain sites  located      
   in an enterprise zone.
