1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 157
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 157 on page 2, line
3 4, by replacing "capability to automatically" with "display";
4 and
5 on page 2, line 5, by deleting "disclose"; and
6 on page 2 by replacing lines 27 and 28 with the following:
7 "impedes the function of any caller ID when the telephone
8 solicitor's service or equipment is capable of allowing the
9 display of the solicitor's telephone number."; and
10 on page 4, line 13, by replacing "capability to automatically
11 " with "display"; and
12 on page 4, line 14, by deleting "disclose"; and
13 on page 5 by replacing line 24 with the following:
14 "of any caller ID when the telephone solicitor's service or
15 equipment is capable of allowing the display of the
16 solicitor's telephone number.".
