1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 230
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 230, on page 1,
3 lines 21 and 22, by deleting ", with not more than one
4 charter school per school district,"; and
5 on page 1, line 25, after "500,000", by inserting ", with not
6 more than one charter school that has been initiated by a
7 board of education, or by an intergovernmental agreement
8 between or among boards of education, operating at any one
9 time in the school district where the charter school is
10 located"; and
11 on page 1, lines 26 and 27, by deleting ", with not more than
12 one charter school per school district,"; and
13 on page 1, line 28, after "State", by inserting ", with not
14 more than one charter school that has been initiated by a
15 board of education, or by an intergovernmental agreement
16 between or among boards of education, operating at any one
17 time in the school district where the charter school is
18 located".
