1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The sum of $5,000,000, or so much thereof as
5 may be necessary, is appropriated to the Department of
6 Transportation for a grant to the City of Olney for all costs
7 associated with the acquisition, development, and
8 construction necessary to increase traffic safety on Route
9 130 at the CSX railroad overpass.
10 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on
11 July 1, 1999.
