1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 454
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 454 on page 4, by
3 replacing lines 2 through 9 with the following:
4 "(6) Any Illinois hospital located in a county with a
5 population over 250,000 and under 300,000 that borders
6 another state which is within 25 miles of at least 2
7 hospitals which receive disproportionate share payments under
8 Title XIX of the Social Security Act and Article V of this
9 Code.".
