1 AN ACT to amend the Illinois Vehicle Code by changing
2 Section 1-130.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Illinois Vehicle Code is amended by
6 changing Section 1-130 as follows:
7 (625 ILCS 5/1-130) (from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 1-130)
8 Sec. 1-130. Implement of husbandry. Every vehicle
9 designed and adapted exclusively for agricultural,
10 horticultural, or livestock raising operations, including
11 farm wagons, wagon trailers or like vehicles used in
12 connection therewith, or for lifting or carrying an implement
13 of husbandry provided that no farm wagon, wagon trailer or
14 like vehicle having a single axle weight of more than 18,000
15 pounds or a gross weight of more than 36,000 pounds with a
16 minimum of 40 inches between extreme axles, including wagons
17 with rubber tracked chassis, shall be included hereunder.
