1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The sum of $500,000 is appropriated from the
5 General Revenue Fund to the Department of Transportation to
6 study the need for, means of accomplishing, costs of, and
7 financing mechanisms for freight center and dedicated freight
8 ways to help eliminate freight bottlenecks within and between
9 freight mediums.
10 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on
11 July 1, 1999.
