1 AN ACT to amend the Livestock Management Facilities Act
2 by changing Section 10.47.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Livestock Management Facilities Act is
6 amended by changing Section 10.47 as follows:
7 (510 ILCS 77/10.47)
8 Sec. 10.47. Non-farm residence. "Non-farm residence"
9 means any residence that which is not a farm residence.
