1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The sum of $1,000,000, or so much thereof as
5 may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue
6 Fund to the Illinois Historic Preservation Agency for a grant
7 to the Ernest Hemingway Foundation of Oak Park for costs
8 associated with the restoration of and repayment of existing
9 indebtedness on the Ernest Hemingway Birthplace House in Oak
10 Park, Illinois.
11 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on July
12 1, 1999.
