1 AN ACT to amend the Board of Governors of State Colleges
2 and Universities Revenue Bond Act by changing Section 6.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Board of Governors of State Colleges and
6 Universities Revenue Bond Act is amended by changing Section
7 6 as follows:
8 (110 ILCS 610/6) (from Ch. 144, par. 1017)
9 Sec. 6. Short title. This Act shall be known and may be
10 cited as the "Board of Governors of State Colleges and
11 Universities Revenue Bond Act".
