1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 865
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 865, on page 6,
3 line 30, by inserting after "program" the following:
4 "for the following offenses"; and
5 on page 6, line 34 by inserting after "Corrections" the
6 following:
7 ": an excluded offense listed in subsection (B) of Section
8 5-8A-2 of the Unified Code of Corrections, aggravated
9 battery, armed robbery, armed violence, aggravated arson,
10 arson, kidnapping, second degree murder, involuntary
11 manslaughter, reckless homicide, stalking, a Class X
12 violation of Section 402 of the Illinois Controlled
13 Substances Act, domestic battery, aggravated discharge of a
14 firearm, any violation of the Illinois Controlled Substances
15 Act involving more than 30 grams of a controlled substance,
16 unlawful use of weapons under Section 24-1 of the Criminal
17 Code of 1961, or the unlawful sale of firearms under Section
18 24-3 of the Criminal Code of 1961, any Class X felony in
19 which the court did not order electronic monitoring, or
20 violation of an order of protection"; and
21 on page 7, line 13 by inserting after "program" the
22 following:
23 "for offenses enumerated in subsection (e) of Section 4.5 of

1 the Rights of Crime Victims and Witnesses Act".
