1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The amount of $3,500,000, or so much of that
5 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General
6 Revenue Fund to the Department of Commerce and Community
7 Affairs for a grant to McHenry County for all costs
8 associated with the planning, development, and design and
9 construction of a Juvenile Dention Center, including land
10 acquisition.
11 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on
12 July 1, 1999.
