1 AN ACT to amend the Illinois Research Park Authority Act
2 by changing Section 1-135.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Illinois Research Park Authority Act is
6 amended by changing Section 1-135 as follows:
7 (20 ILCS 3850/1-135)
8 Sec. 1-135. Liberal construction of Act. This Act,
9 being necessary for the welfare of this the State and its
10 inhabitants, shall be liberally construed to effect its
11 purposes.
