1 AN ACT to amend the School Code by changing Section
2 2-3.67.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The School Code is amended by changing
6 Section 2-3.67 as follows:
7 (105 ILCS 5/2-3.67) (from Ch. 122, par. 2-3.67)
8 Sec. 2-3.67. Report suggested changes in suspension and
9 revocation of certificates. The State Board of Education in
10 consultation with the State Teacher Certification Board shall
11 report to the General Assembly by March 1, 1986 with
12 suggested changes in the suspension and revocation of
13 certificates of teachers, administrators and other
14 certificated personnel under Sections 21-23a and 34-84b.
