1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 925
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 925 as follows:
3 on page 5, line 11, by replacing "Assessments collected" with
4 the following:
5 "When the brick is purchased from a brick manufacturer and
6 delivered or transported into the State of Illinois or
7 delivered or transported for use in the State of Illinois,
8 then assessments must be collected from the purchaser and
9 paid by the manufacturer to the Council on a monthly basis by
10 the 25th of the month following the month of collection.".
11 on page 5, by deleting lines 12 and 13; and
12 on page 5, line 14, by deleting "collection.".
